The French property market has remained stable over the past 20 years and generally produced an average rate of return for its investors. With a number of options open to investors including, leaseback schemes, buy to lets, off plan and renovation projects, investing in France offers a wonderful combination of steady growth, accessibility, stability and longevity.

Although appreciating over the past few years, the market is moving at a much slower rate at the moment.
