Inspection Trips

In some instances, Investors Provident will be happy to organise an inspection trip in conjunction with the developer in order for you to get a better understanding of the project.

If you are considering an inspection trip before making your overseas investment decision, you will need to inform us about the dates you wish to travel and we will endeavour to find you the best prices available on flights and accommodations.   All the travel bookings will be organised on your behalf and according to your needs. If you have already made your own travel arrangements, then a member of our team will be ready to meet you at a pre-arranged time and location.

Please note the following regarding Inspection Trips:-

1. Inspection trips are only available on select investment opportunities, as we solely rely on what each developer has to offer.
2. Investors will be required to pay up-front (at the best rates available) for any inspection visit they decide to go on.

Upon their return, investors will be offered a reimbursement of an agreed amount of the inspection trip expenditure when purchasing on that investment.
