Bulgaria property

With political and economical stability, Bulgaria is a country which offers a mixture of quiet rural scenery and villages, to modern cities. Famous for its natural hot mineral water, ski slops and beaches, the property market in Bulgaria has seen a tremendous growth over the past few years. With tourism increasing due to EU accession, Bulgaria continues to have a strong year round letting market in the major university cities and a dramatic increase in demand for quality accommodation at Bulgarian resorts.

The Bulgarian property market has been very good since 2003 – a year when housing prices doubled. Since then the housing prices have been holding steady and are slowly starting to once again creep upwards. Another big factor for the sudden interest in the Bulgarian property market is the fact that the country is set to join the European Union in 2007. With its inclusion in the European Union, imminent speculators and foreign investors have been snapping up prime Bulgaria property all around the country.
