The complex is situated in Ravda, a small village 5 km south from Nessebar and Sunny Beach. Its known as a place for beach holidays of young people and students or such on a budget. This is the place where the Bulgarian students usually go in the summer. It offers sporting facilities, and fine sandy beaches with a life-guard, umbrellas and deckchairs on the beach. In the centre of Ravda, there is a multifunctional building with a fitness centre, library, post office and health centre. In the summer, there are sporting schools for yachting, water skiing, wind surfing, rowing and swimming.
