How does it work?
A company is created that owns a property within the Halcyon Hills Resort. This company has twelve shares and owners can choose to buy one or more of these. This is unlike timeshare where you only own the usage time, with fractional ownership you co-own the title deeds.  When you sell your fraction you will make profit on any capital growth that has occurred and this can be closely monitored by the other property values within the resort.

Immediate Guaranteed Return
When you pay your 40% deposit to us, we offer to pay interest of 5% per annum for up to 3 years or completion (whichever is the sooner). As soon as your deposit is paid to us we will pay you 3 months worth of instalments up front and then monthly thereafter. These instalments do not have to be repaid to us on completion, or ever for that matter!

If you obtain borrowing for the 40% deposit on an interest only basis, the 5% return we pay you would cover the interest payments and therefore your loan should not affect your cash flow whilst the property is being built.
