Velas Blancas complex comprises of 134 luxury apartments and most are individually owned. The apartments we are offering have the benefit of being approximately 10 years old and have been refurbished to a high standard, fully fitted with domestic appliances and air conditioning . THE OFFER
We have 20 apartments which we are selling on a fractional ownership basis. The fraction will be for 4 weeks ( 2 high 2 lower ) and the price will be 16,500€ for that period. This share is for life( and can be passed on in a will ) and this will be qualified on the deeds of your purchase.

QUALIFICATION
This offer is NOT time share. With time share you purchase the right to use the property for a number of week`s.With fractional ownership you are buying the bricks and mortar, so if the property appreciates in value then you will get the capital appreciation., from the purchase price.
